How we work

Stages A to F

We run every project as a sequence of stages. Each one has a defined scope and set of drawings, and moves forward only once you've signed it off. You always know what's being worked on, what you'll receive and what comes next.

From the first meeting to good-for-construction drawings and specifications.

F

Construction support

  • Answer contractor queries on design details
  • Approve samples and mock-ups
  • Prepare a detailed snag list with you and the contractor, then a follow-up visit to confirm it's closed
You receiveSite observations shared with you and the contractor after each visit.

What stays constant

Sign-off at every stage

We move to the next stage only with your approval, so decisions are made once and built as drawn.

One coordinated team

We work alongside your contractors, consultants and vendors through design and on site, so the intent carries through to the finished space.

A complete drawing set

At the end of the project you receive the full set of drawings and documents for your records.
